KVAR Calculation

This web page can be used to calculate the kvar of a single phase single or double bushing capacitors commonly used on medium and high voltage capacitor banks. Use Table one when the capacitor voltage and reactance are known. Use Table two when the capacitor frequency, capacitance, and voltage are known.
